Are H4 EAD allowed to work for Indian company remotely?

Please advice for below.

  1. Can I work for any Indian company remotely while staying in US with H4 visa?

  2. After I have my H4 EAD, can I work for any Indian company remotely along with my regular US job?

You can work for any company irrespective of its location with H4 EAD.

Without H4 EAD, you cannot work for any company whatsoever.
