Will i get I-797A with I-94 attached or I-797B?

Hi Everyone,

I received an approval notice email from an attorney as it is a premium H1B extension case. I’m still waiting for the hard copy of the approval notice.

Email Approval notice: (As per email, consulate notified is empty or blank)
Consulate notified (if applicable):
I-94 # (if applicable): xxxxxxxxxxxx (current I-94 number)
POE:
Occupation/Job Code: 030

Based on the above email, can you please tell me whether I will receive I-797A with I-94 attached or not?

You should receive I797 with I94 if this was timely applied extension of status. Also based on email you received, I94 # is mentioned with no consulate which means your extension is approved with I94.
