What questions will be asked by Visa officer if H1B approved after RFE & NOID

Hi Sir,

I filed my H1b last year (2019). After several RFE and NOID it got approved on March 3,2020(but my visa and OPT were expired on Jan 29,2020 which is why I joined second masters to keep my status ) .

Now I am not able to go to India because of travel ban for my visa stamping . What are my chances and what questions (regarding second masters)I will be asked in addition to documents I provide .
Can you please help me on this ?

It all depends on what was asked in RFE and the reason for NOID.
