DU has the option of mailing the transcripts to ‘outside India’ address.
When you place your application for DU transcripts, just give the mailing address as WES address and they will mail it directly to them.
This should work.

I have got the Undergraduate marksheets transcripted from DU. Before sending to WES Canada, wanted to know about the undergraduate degree certificate. Should i send directly to WES or this also to be transcripted.
Degree also needs to be verified by DU and then should be sent to WES. You have to follow the same process for degree as you have followed for mark sheet transcript.

Ok… then, may be they changed it now for degree certificate.
Earlier, a user had reported that his degree required verification from DU and WES sent it to DU directly.
You can send the degree copy in the envelope then.
