Use learner driving license as proof of US address for Indian PCC?

I have just moved to US a month back. Hence, I just have SSN and learner’s permit as IDs. Will they suffice for applying for PCC. I dont have time to wait for State ID. TIA

Yep, it is fine as you are using it as address proof and not identity proof.

It depends on what you mean by ‘temp license’. Each state has different meaning for temp license.

I’m in California, and My license expired, but I renewed it and DMV have me a Temp License paper, they say it’s gonna take a very long time until DL card arrives due to Covid.

Temporary license which can be used to drive legally in the US are acceptable by CKGS for passport renewal.

Thanks for above info. I want to check if VFS global is accepting temporary driver’s permit document by VA DMV as valid US address proof for indian passport renewal?

It is as valid as driver license but it takes some time to produce and send me the Real ID by DMV.

Please let me know if you have any info.
