New H1B selected in Lottery
My H1B got picked up in 2018 and there was no response from USCIS until now.
SR revealed USCIS sent RFE in July - nothing received by employer
My company raised a SR and they got to know RFE was raised on 15 July and the status was not upated and they did not recive any information.
Will USCIS accept RFE response after RFE time passed?
Now the last day to reply to RFE is passe, my company is telling they will explain the reason for delay (as its from USCIS side according to them) and will reply to RFE asap. Will there be any issues?
