US passport copy attestation by Indian Consulate

I am an Indian born US citizen with OCI card. For a legal case I want to file in India, I need some documents attested by the Indian Consulate. Documents like US Passport copy, address proof in US, Divorce decree in US.

  1. Can these notarized documents be attested by the Indian consulate in SF?
  2. If yes, do I need to apostille each one of them before sending to consulate?
