My H1B extension LCA was filed Oct 5th and got approved for current prevailing wage from DOL ,
and my H1B and H4 extension was filed somewhere around Oct 20th.
Trump new rule say it is applicable from Oct 8th and will be active after 60 days, does this means it will apply for all pending application, should the LCA be reapplied even though it was filed before Oct 8th ? because my H1B was applied after Oct 8th ?
what does this mean for someone in middle of extension ?
