I moved out of the USA as my h1b was maxing out. I have 7 days remaining on my h1b. With that, is it possible to apply for perm and i140 from outside USA?
Or is there a requirement that there should be a minimum of like 3 months should be left on h1b to kick off the perm process? Please advice.
