Reusing Notarized Documents for Re-submission

Hello,

I’m resubmitting my Indian Passport application after CKGS sent back my previously submitted application.
I believe some notarized documents from the old application (address proof and legal status proof) could be reused. But, is it okay to use the previously notarized ‘Affidavit for Change in Appearance and Signature’ form which was generated by the old application?

You can reuse the notarized documents.

Hello @Shobha,

Had a quick question about notarizing documents. Did you use the acknowledgement form or Jurat? Have to apply for PCC but notary public said they could not notarize ID documents.

Please advise.
