Renew H4 EAD after h4, h4 EAD both are expired - H4 extension pending

Hi Anil,

My spouse’s H4, H4 EAD is expired on July 31st, 2018 and we have only sent H4 renewal with H1B extension. Both are pending with USICS.

Can we submit H4 EAD renewal request while H4 and H1b Extension both are pending with USCIS?

Is there any timeline to apply H4 EAD after it expired?

Please advice.

There is no timeline to apply H4 EAd after the existing one has expired. You can apply anytime.
