Hi, I am trying to renew my son’s Indian passport which is issued on 2017 and going to be expired on February 2022. He is 15 now. His appearance changed . There is no other changes. In Government site , do I need to select Change in Existing Personal Particulars for this appearance change along with Validity Expired within 3 Years ? Thanks in advance.
