I am currently in L1-A visa getting maxed out on 08,Sep,2022. I have my approved H1B petition(Approved on Oct,8,2020) expiring on Aug,20,2022 but not yet stamped.I am applying for perm in this December and then subsequently for i140 in premium. If I get my i140 approved before my L1 A expiry i.e sep,8,2022 can I extend my h1b petition based on approved i140 even if I have not got h1b stamping?..Is there anyway that I can stay beyond my L1-A max out in this situation?
