I have provided notary declaration from my senior against reference letter from company.
But engineers Australia demanding reference letter from company.
I have requested and followed up from my earlier worked companies but they are not providing it.
Guide me in this.
Has Engineers Australia rejected the letter that you submitted with declaration from your senior?

But has raised query saying.
Following short comings in your submission
For experience to be assessed submit reference letter from company
They must have a process to submit a statutory letter from co-worker in case your employer is not giving the letter.
I know that ACS (Assessment company for computer related job codes) has a way to tackle this.
I am not aware of Engineer Australia’s process though.
