Hi,
I applied for H4 extension last year in Dec and received the approval in Mar,20. This year H4 was applied again in May as my Husband company entity was changed.
Last week I received approval notice again for my old H4 request number with a filing date of Dec and Approval of July,20, and online case status is shown the July date as well.
For the new case, it is still not approved; do you think USCIS mistakenly approved my old case instead of the new case. What should I do? Please suggest.
