Passport renewal - Unable to log into MyAccount

Hi Team,
I’m trying to log into my account but being greeted with the message “Information requested does not matchup with criteria”. I’m pretty sure I’m entering the correct details. As a result, I’m going to be blocked from printing/downloading the shipping label and the payment receipt. I’m able to log in successfully if I try to enter the web reference number in the banner that pops up at the bottom of the screen. So far I’ve made till the Payment section. I’m yet to fill submit the payment details and proceed to the online government form section. Can someone please be able to assist?
