Passport reissuance place of birth

I am renewing passport through VFS ,

1)My original passport says place of birth as Thane MS and Indian re-issuance form says/preview -THANE MS, Maharashtra .

  1. my fathers name in passport start with surname, fathers name , middle name where as indian re-issuance form preview says fathers name,middle name, surname

Has anyone encountered this issue for point 1 and point 2 , will the application go through ?

What is the resolution for this . Any advice is appreciated.
