Hi
I am presently not living with my husband we are about to file a divorce case this month.
I applied for EOI with sub class 189-75 points and sub class 190 with 80 points.
How soon I can expect invitation and what are the documents required by my end as I am separated and I have a kid with me
Shall I get any affidivte from my husband saying no objection for stay in Australia along with my kid
Kindly help me with detailed explanation.

I can estimate the invitation time if you can share your ANZSCO code.

You would need form 1229 for child custody and sign from your spouse.

More info about documents:

You will get 189 visa invite on Feb 11, 2019 with 75 points.

I suggest you to collect all documents and submit your application as quickly as possible.

I have changed the name on your post to ‘anonymous’ for hiding identity. Let me know if you don’t want this.

Also for professional and education documents, are the documents which I submitted in ACS are enough?
For education I kept only consolidated mark sheet
Now is it required to submit all transcripts?

You can write the NOC on plain paper and get it notarized.

Documents that you used in ACS are good enough to upload for invite.

Ok thanks for your prompt replies
Will get back to you once I get invite

Is it mandate to submit notarized birth certificate as an age proof along with passport?
