I have filed for COS last Oct, 2020 and started studying MS. Meanwhile my H4 and I 94 expired. So since COS is pending I am not accruing any unlawful presence. Is it also ok to continue my studies while H4 to F1 COS is pending with USCIS and H4 Visa expired?
You should be able to continue your studies.
