Multiple H4 and H4 eads

My current H1B extension recently got approved - H4 and H4 ead are still pending approval

Now I have received another offer so will have to file H1B transfer shortly . So the question is

1. Do I need to file another H4 and H4 ead with the new transfer ?

2 . If I do that , then will it impact the previous applications of H4 and H4 ead ?

Its recommended to file with the new H1B transfer as the one filed earlier may get RFE or denial as your ex-employer will withdraw your H1B which is the basis of earlier filed H4/EAD.
