L2 EAD extension processing time (l1a approved in premium)

Hi, we recently filed l1a extension along with EAD and l2 extension. L1a was approved within 24 hours but EAD is still pending and I see no updates yet.

Question is :

  1. How likely is it for USCiS to process EAD under premium as a courtesy

  2. California Center has processing times equal to almost 1 year , what can I do to expedite
    My EAD expires in 1 month

L2 needs Biometric and hence can’t be approved in premium timeline.

L2 EAD cannot be approved without L2.

Will it take 8-12 months to get biometric ans EAD approval as mentioned on site ?
