Guys-- Need help. I am working with MNC and in USA on L1A blanket visa. My visa is valid upto 2024 but my petition expired in May’22. When i applied for Petition Renewal (1st Renewal) and i got RFE.

My Company not shared exact RFE details- but sent bunch of documents (once i fill- Fragoman) will review and Submit on my behalf.

Question- I need to write Detailed Job description and i need some sample format - i will make some format on same.

I am okay for paid services also, if somebody can help me.

Your job description will generally follow same description as on your L1 petition and appointment letter/ offer letter.
You need to work with your HR, manager and Immigration lawyer to draft such a document.
