Hi so we are applying for our L1 A extension in a week in Premium Processing, we have our I-94 until March 2021.
Few concerns here.
We see a lot of L1A extension denials, so will the Premium processing be one of the reasons ?
Also my husband got transferred to the US entity of his company instead of India, will that cause any reason for denial ?
Any reply on this issue will be of great help.
