I have a valid L1A till July 2021 and my i140 has been filed
I may have to move out of US by July and work in India with the same employer. Suppose my i485 has been filed by then, will the GC processing continue during my tenure in India.
Also I won’t be able to come back to US for a period of 1 year ( cooling period)
To come to US, does my company have to apply for a new Visa altogether?
