While the L1A approved with premium processing, L2 and EAD is still pending since receipt date of 11/12/2020.
Request for expediting both L2 and L2 EAD raised on 12/11/2020 and on 12/14/2020 the status shows EAD expedite request rejected due to huge number of such rejects and USCIS is strictly following all rejections until L2 extension is adhjucated. So now L2 extension status shows expedite case received. It’s been 7 working days and no future update on L2 extension ? Does this mean they will approve EAD basis the L2 ext expedite case ?
