My spouse’s current H4 petition(I797) is valid til FEB-2023 , However My H1b Petition ( I797) is valid till Jul 2024
Recently we both went to India In March and got the visa stamped. So both H1b and H4 are stamped till Jul 2024 ( Based on h1b Petition I797 expiry date)
However as my wife’s current H4 petition (I797) is expiring in Feb 2023 do I need to apply for H4 extension? or is it not needed because the visa has been stamped til Jul 2024 already
