H4 to H1B COS premium processing suspended too
All types of H1B applications have been stopped from requesting premium processing at this time including any ‘Change of Status’ to H1B.
It does not matter which status or visa your are currently on including H4, F1 etc.
The suspension applies to all COS that are trying to change o H1B STATUS.
