If a couple are getting divorced, how will H4 EAD of spouse get affected…?

As per my information, H4 and H4 EAD benefits are only available till the time H1B has relation with H4. As soon as the H4 loses the dependent tag, they cannot maintain H4 status and lose H4 EAD too

Just one more fallow up question. Does this need any kind of information need to be passed to USCIS or just informing employer is enough…

I think you should inform USCIS and withdraw H4.
