Hi Anil,

is H1B Amendment required if current H1B is pending and work location is changed?

I work from home on CPT and my h1b application is in processing (waiting for RFE response).

If I change my home (which is my work location), do I need to file amendments even when the h1b is still in processing?

Yes, Amendment is required if the new home (place of work) does not fall within the same MSA (metropolitan statistical area) as your current H1B application.
