Is H1B Amendment required for client change within same MSA

Hi Team,

I am working on H1B.
I am with employer A and I recently moved from Client B to Client C.
Both Client B and C office locations are within MSA(metropolitan Statistical Area) and my job role didn’t changed.
Please let me know now whether I need to raise a amendment for Client change.

The H1B amendment is not required if you still in same MSA and nothing else has changed.

It is better to discuss it with Employer attorney to know if anything substantial has changed with respect to your job.
