Is Annexure F - lost/damaged passport mandatory even if it is NOT damaged/lost?
The checklist states Annexure F is Mandatory - this is confusing?
You don’t have any option if the checklist says its mandatory.
Ouch, I did not include it as it is not applicable to me. Also, I don’t see it mentioned in your page that all of the mandatory documents such as lost passport in Annexure - F should also need to be included, hope it helps other folks:
