Indian PCC delayed for Canada PR invite

Hi,
I am moving back to India from USA by Oct 22nd, 2018.

I just got the invite but I doubt if I will be able to receive my PCC from Atlanta Indian Consulate as my passport was issued in India.

I will have just 8-9 days left to accept the invitation when I land in India.
Any suggestions?

Accept Canada Invite with pending Indian PCC application

Canada allows you to submit your application with pending PCC, if you had filed it timely and has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
