I was only provided i94 until my current H1 approval stating my H1 extension petition starts in the future by a CBP officer . I am still working on other means to get it corrected . In worst case my employer is ready to file another extension prior to my expiry .
I have only travelled and got my i94 shortened . My wife received her h4 approval prior to my travel and got it extended until 2025 based on USCIS approval . Now , if my employer files my extension should I also have to file my wife H4 extension again ? Does her i94 anyway relate to my i94 if I am still in valid status and file my extension prior to expiry ?
