Hi Anil,
My I140 has been pending with USCIS in background check from last 2 years. I have 1 year left for my max-out. I am supposed to go for extension now as my current H1B expires on Jan, 07 2022.
My employer filed extension on 09/24/2021 for 2 years(1 year max + 1 year on PERM approval).
Does this extension will have any effect due to that I140 pending background check?
