I started an application for passport renewal on CGKS Website. I ended up entering incorrect information for payment details. I have not submitted the application yet. When I try to start a new passport renewal application, I get the following error - “Application with the passport number already in process”.
When I try to withdraw the application, that does not work either. I get a Web Reference Number or Passport Number mismatch.
How can I resubmit my passport application on CKGS ?
