I am having the same issue, the ckgs website does not accept the web temporary id and thier call centers are closed. Anybody figure out how to a solution for this?

I am facing the same issue and no response from ckgs support team and created two tickets. We tried calling to passport office itself and still no response.

I have been following your forum and you have been very helpful.

I am having similar issues. The CKGS website is giving an error when I put in my ARN number to complete Step 7on CKGS website.
I have tried contacting them since last few days but no response yet.
Is there a way to see what exact information I put in the CKGS application?
