How to Create Power of Attorney for India in Oman?

Hello my question is right now I am in Oman I want to sell my property in India.

So, wanted to give the my power of attorney to my elder brother who is in India so what I have to do for making the POA in favour of my brother I can’t travel to India now is it possible with Indian embassy in Oman can they do anything???
