My wife’s I-94 had expired on 07/23/2020. Her H-4 extension was filed just a month before that on 06/24/2020 and we haven’t heard back from them.
I wish to know how long she can stay in US if we don’t hear back from USCIS on her H-4 extension application.
I read somewhere that she can stay for 240 days but today I read FAQs on my employer website (refer below image) and that has got me scared. Please guide me. I appreciate your help.
240 days after you receive the notice. Now a days h4 take 8 months to approve. So dont worry you are not acquire any illegal stay.
