How long can I stay in US after graduating second masters?

Hi,

Last day for my second masters program is oct 19th and my h1b is in processing. How long can I stay in us after oct 19th? If 60 days grace period is available, will my h1b (if approved) gets started automatically or Do I need to go out for consulate stamping?
is there any impact based on the course gpa?

Your stay is governed by the date mentioned on your i94.

What is the date there? is it a specific date or ‘D/S’ is mentioned?

D/S = “Duration of Status” on your I-94 card

You can stay in the U.S. as long as you are enrolled in the school to complete your academic program.
After the program ends you will have 60 days to depart the U.S.

My I94 states as D/S which means I can stay for 60 more days after my graduation. Do you know if my second masters GPA matters? What if I fail my last semester?
