My H4Visa will expire in dec 2020 my husbands H1B will expire in June 2021. Do I need to apply for this 6months and reapply again with my husband? Or can I stay with my husbands visa?
Admit until date on the i94 is what regulates ones stay. Visa stamp is just an entry document. What does your i94 say? If it is it 12/2020, you need to apply for extension of stay based on your husband’s 797 document.
