I’m looking for help for my wife’s case with H4 extension i539.
My H1 and her H4 visa was expired on 27th August 2020.
Employer A filed extension for both of us on 26th August 2020.
My H1 was approved in Jan 2021 and H4 is still pending for approval.
On April 15th 2021, I transferred my visa to employer B.
Employer A is saying they will revoke my H1 and also withdraw H4 application.
Can I file H4 i539 again with new petition approval before employer A withdraws H4 application.
Will my wife be out of status post withdrawal or she will be still in status based on new i539 which I will apply?
Please help me out.
