Hi, I am in H1B and changing employer. My H4 dependents visa is expired and have approved I797 till Aug 2023. My new employer told my H1B will be premium but H4 cannot be guaranteed to be premium.
H1B transfer is done but H4 is still pending.
Can H4 travel to India while H4 Change of Status is pending ? Can they use my new employer approved I797 to get Visa stamping in India ?
