My wife is currently on H4 visa and received her H4 EAD in Aug 2020. H4 EAD expiration date is 03/2022. We had applied for H4 to F1 COS at the same time and today she received her ASC appointment for Biometrics.
She is graduating in May 2021. So, Is it a good idea to proceed further on COS application or to remain on H4 EAD.
We are in dilemma to choose a path. Could you please suggest your opinion based on current circumstances and processing times.
