I did H1 transfer recently and approved. I have applied for H4 transfer and still waiting for receipt. We are planning to visit India this summer. We have to go for stamping. Do we need to wait for the approval of the current extension or Can they go for stamping using my approved petition?
H4 stamping can be applied using approved H1B i797. No need to wait for extension approval.
