H4 Ead rfe asking for documents already submitted.

Hi,

I’ve applied for my wife’s h4 ead four months back and recieved the below rfe

proof of your spouse h1b non immigrant status
A copy of your spouse’s form i-797, notice of approval for form I-129
A copy of your spouse form i-94, arrival and departure record,
The reciept number of spouse approved form i-129 if filed earlier or
A legible copy of personal data of your spouse passport, the visas on which he/she last entered united states and latest U.S admission stamps on his passport.

My question is I’ve submitted the same documents earlier also when I applied for EAD.
Shall I send them back one more time ? or is there any other way to handle this?

You must answer the RFE otherwise your application will get denied. So yes you need to resend all the requested documents.

Thanks for you response.
What do I have to submit for 3rd item
The reciept number of spouse approved form i-129 if filed earlier.
Do I have to still submit this even if I’m submitting I-797A.

If you are submitting the copy of I-797 approval notice for primary H1B, then you don’t need to submit the receipt. Do submit the copy of H1B passport and the most recent I-94 arrival record.
