Hi,

Can a person on H4 EAD do multiple full time jobs on W2?
Do we need to setup a company in this case?
During the tax filing, will there be any problem with multiple W2s?

is it ok from the legal point of view?

H4 EAD has no restrictions whatsoever for employment. You can do multiple jobs, W2 or 1099, no issues.
