H4 EAD+H4 Extension Concurrently with H1B transfer

my spouse have Valid H4 and H4 EAD until 09/30/2022 based on my current H1 B with company A.

Now Company B is transfering my H1B on 10/15/2021 and will request for 3 Years with Premium proecessing.

Now my Questions are

1. Can I file H4-EAD concurrently with H1B transfer even before 180 days of expiry.

2. Can I file H4 Extension as soon as I get H1B reciept or approval or Do I need to wait until March 30 2022 to file for H4 Extension if not applying concurrently with H1B transfer (trying to avoid attorney fees by filing H4 Extension by my Self)

Can I file H4-EAD concurrently with H1B transfer even before 180 days of expiry.

You can file for H4 EAD extension along with H4 extension. If applying standalone EAD, you can apply within 180 days of expiry of EAD.

You can apply for H4 EOS anytime after H1B approval. You can fill out the I-539 for H4 extension (+ H4 EAD if you wish) and talk to your attorney to just include the applications with H1B packet. This way you don’t have to pay for fees and it gets submitted with H1B transfer.
