I applied for H4 EAD this week and only today realized I forgot to write my name and alien registration number on the back of my photos.
Will this be a problem?
If there is any problem, USCIS has the option of sending your application back or go ahead with it.
If they decide it is a problem for them, they will send it back and you would need to re-send it again with corrections.
Other than that, you can’t do anything.
I know of people who also forgot to write details behind the picture and got their EAD cards with no issues.
Don’t worry. There should be no issue.
