Hi Anil, I have applied H4 along with my Husband’s H1 in pp on July1st. Still I am for approval notice. It’s Vermont center.

In September 1st week, I applied for EAD . That also not approved yet off course. Already my visa is over and I am on leave.

Any guess whether I get both approvals at same time or else they process individually. Noticed many July and August applications got approved in this November.

Don’t know how many days my boss will wait for me, really I am in great trouble. Please guide me for next steps.

I cannot really estimate anything as you have not mentioned the service center.

Hi Anil, I applied H4 ead stand alone at Vermont service center. I do have H4 approved very recently. Can you tell me when my ead will get approved approximately. Thanks in advance!!

I do not know when the EAD card will be approved in the absence of any dates. I am not an astrologer :slight_smile:

If H4 was approved recently, then H4 EAD approval should also be on the way in about 1-2 weeks.
