H4 ead approved but h4 Cos pending

My h4 ead card has arrived but h4 application is still pending, can i start working based on the ead

I suggest to wait till you get your H4 COS approved as you need a valid H4 status before you can use your H4 EAD card.

But is it possible to have ead before h4 cos or could be system glitches

Qq: Did you complete your biometrics for H4 ?
And was your application for H4 extension?

Your H4 COS approval should also be on the way.

We are seeing that USCIS is approving H4 EAD earlier than H4 these days.
